Hilliard Crews Elected Chairman of the Board

Effective, August 26, 2011 the Board of Directors of Triumph Bancshares, Inc. and Triumph Bank are proud to announce the election of Hilliard Crews as Chairman of the Board of Triumph Bancshares, Inc. and Triumph Bank. Mr. Crews is one of the organizing directors of Triumph Bancshares and Triumph Bank. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Bank's Executive Committee.

Hilliard Crews is the Founder and Chairman of Shelby Group International, Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of industrial gloves, safety glasses and related products worldwide. He also serves on the boards of Cedar Document Technologies, Inc., the University of Memphis, and the Society of Entrepreneurs.

The Board of Directors expresses their thanks and appreciation to B. Lane Carrick for his many years of service as Board member and Chairman of the Board.
