B. Lane Carrick B. Lane Carrick is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Triumph Bank. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Wealth Management and Sovereign Hedge Fund Management, LLC.

Doug Collins Doug Collins is the Founder, President and CEO of Prudential Collins- Maury, Inc. Realtors; Founder, President and CEO of Sovereign Homes, LLC; and Founder, President and CEO of Sovereign Title Company. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors of the Memphis Area Home Builders Association, and the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee.

Hillard Crews Hilliard Crews is the Founder, CEO, and sole stockholder of Shelby Group International, which manufactures and distributes industrial gloves, safety glasses and related products worldwide. He serves on the Board of Directors of Cedar Document Technologies, Inc., Forum Technologies, Inc, and the University of Memphis Tiger Club.

Stephen Dunavant Stephen Dunavant is a CPA and partner in the accounting firm Thompson Dunavant PLC. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Mark J. Halperin Mark J. Halperin has been with Boyle Investment Company since 1973. He has received the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He serves on several boards throughout the Memphis area.

Rick Masson Rick Masson is the Executive Director of the Plough Foundation. He previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer and the Finance Director for the City of Memphis. He currently serves as Chairman of Memphis, Light, Gas, and Water Utility Board.

Larry W. Papasan is the retired President of the Orthopaedic Division in Memphis, TN for Smith and Nephew. He serves on various boards, including Plough Foundation, University of Memphis Board of Visitors, and the LeBonheur Foundation.

David C. Perdue is the Chairman and CEO of Asentinel LLC, a software company that is a pioneer in the Telecom Expense Management industry. He founded ATS Telephone & Data Systems, Inc., and ATS Financial Services, a leasing company specializing in telecom equipment; both were sold in 1998.

Richard L. Powell Richard L. Powell is a principal of Harris Madden & Powell, Inc., an independent insurance agency. He has been in the insurance business for over 26 years and is active in various insurance industry and related business trade groups and councils.

King Rogers King Rogers is of counsel to the law firm of Glankler Brown, PLLC. He has served on various boards, including Methodist Health System of Memphis, University of Tennessee Board of Trustees, and is President of the Rotary Club of Memphis East.

Mitchell Spurlock Mitchell Spurlock is the Founder and CEO of Diversified Services, Tampa, Florida, a full service facilities management company. He is a partner in Intergrated Process technology, a technology based call center company, and a partner in Saniglaze Systems, a floor finish company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Pro Solution Inc., a janitorial company.

Thomas Stovall, MD Thomas Stovall, MD is the Executive Director of the Center for Women’s Health Improvement, an institute whose mission is to improve the health status of women in the State of Tennessee. He is also a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee and was the founder of Internet healthcare company, HealthyMe.md, Inc.

Burnetta Williams Burnetta Williams is Staff Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of FedEx Corporation, the holding company for Federal Express Corporation and several other operating companies. Her responsibilities include debt financings, banking relations, leasing, financial hedging, global cash management, and corporate insurance programs. A native Memphian, she serves on the boards of the LeBonheur Foundation and the Riverfront Development Corporation. Her professional affiliations include the Association for Financial Professionals, the Risk and Insurance Management Society, and Financial Executives, Inc.
