Triumph Bancshares, Inc. has officially opened their first office, Triumph Bank, at 2171 Judicial Drive in Germantown.  The opening became effective on June 5.

Catering to local family-owned and/or small businesses, homebuilders, real estate professionals, attorneys, physicians, and individuals, Triumph Bank offers a full array of business and personal loans, as well as all forms of electronic banking.

Triumph Bancshares, Inc. received regulatory approval of its charter to proceed in the organization of Triumph Bank by the State of Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions on Jan. 31.

Construction on the second Triumph Bank location, which will be the corporate headquarters, is set to begin this week at the newly planned Poplar Pointe, located at Poplar Avenue and I-240, 5699 Poplar Avenue.  Doors at that location are expected to open during the first quarter of 2007.  Following, three subsequent offices are planned.

To date, Triumph Bancshares, Inc. has raised some $20.5 million in capital through 437 stockholders and has 18 full-time employees.
