Triumph Bank is committed to providing you with the highest level of service and dedicated to protecting your privacy.  This commitment includes protecting the personal information we obtain about you (referred to as "information" in this notice) when you obtain a product or service from us to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. We want to earn your trust by providing strict safeguards to protect information about you as we continue to provide you valuable products and services.  This notice provides important disclosures about the information we collect and how we use that information to continue to provide you valuable products and services.  The information contained in this notice applies to all current and former customers of Triumph Bank.

Information we collect:
We collect information about our customers from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address and income;
  • Information about your transactions with us and others, such as account balances, fees, and payment history; and
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as information regarding your creditworthiness or credit history;

Information we share:
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that we have contracted to provide necessary financial services that Triumph Bank does not directly provide, such as printing checks.  We may also provide information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, such as insurance companies and credit card issuers.  These companies are carefully selected and are contractually obligated to keep the information provided to them confidential.  We also provide information to others when it is required or permitted by law, such as to consumer reporting agencies or to comply with subpoenas. 

Protecting information:
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Accuracy of Information:
We make every effort to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts.  If you believe that our records may be inaccurate or incomplete, please let us know immediately so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
