Will understands customer relationships as well as he understands finance – and he knows a lot about both. His financial services career spans over 28 years, from lending to all levels of the retail automobile industry, to making residential construction and working capital loans, to equipment financing and leasing, to SBA loans and factoring.

As a native Memphian, Will is extremely active in the Memphis community having served as Treasurer of Memphis Heritage, Inc. and president of the Audubon Park Community Association. Today he is Treasurer and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Independent Presbyterian Church, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Concord Academy, a school for special needs students.

Mike has over 31 years of financial services and management experience with a primary focus on starting and managing bank operations. Triumph is fortunate to have Mike’s expertise to manage day-to-day operations and help us build a better bank for the Memphis community. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, a MBA from Christian Brothers University, and is a graduate of the BIA School of Banking in Bank Operations and Administration.


Lillian Kinney

With more than 27 years of financial services experience, and a strong retail and community banking background, Lillian offers Retail and Private Banking customers a real advantage.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Memphis as well as a degree from The Mid South School of Banking.  


David Gross
Executive Vice President/Senior Commercial Lender

Any business looking to borrow can benefit from David’s 30 years of industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, MBA, and Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota. He is also a Certified Commercial Lender, a Certified Financial Counselor and Certified Abstractor.  He has graduated from Banking Schools at Duke, University of Michigan, LSU, Notre Dame, Harvard, and Northwestern.  David is active with local Junior Achievement, Rotary, Opportunity Banc (MIFA), Southside Boys and Girls Club, and the Tennessee Racquetball Association.


Wendy Percoski

Vice President, Commercial Lending and Cash Management

Wendy’s background truly makes her a valued part of our team. She is a native Memphian with seven years of banking experience, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Christian Brothers University and her MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis. She is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending and is accredited as a Certified Treasury Professional ­­by the Association for Financial Professionals.


Beth Sharpe

Beth is responsible for consumer lending and deposits and day-to-day branch management. Having grown up in Memphis, she knows this community well and has worked in banking since 1988. Beth graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance. She also is a graduate of the Mid-South School of Banking and a 2005 graduate of Leadership Collierville.


Paul Wynne

First Vice President, Residential Mortgage Lending

Paul’s more than 30 years of industry experience will make the mortgage process more rewarding for our customers. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated from Northwestern’s School of Mortgage Banking.  He serves on the Board of Directors for Memphis Housing Resource Center and Athletic Ministries.  He is also a member of Bellevue Baptist church and past Chairman of the Shelby Baptist Foundation.


Cathy Mathis

Cathy’s primary focus is residential construction loans and commercial lending for Triumph. With nearly 20 years of banking experience, she can simplify the seemingly complex construction and commercial lending processes. Cathy is a proud 2002 graduate of Christian Brothers University’s Barrett School of Banking.


Lauren Jarrell

Lauren comes to Triumph with five years of experience in real estate lending in the Memphis market. She knows the market well and what it takes to make transactions happen to the advantage of her customers. Lauren’s education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
