Report a Lost / Stolen Debit Card

Call or email us the moment you think your Power Card has been lost or stolen. We’ll deactivate it immediately and place an order to issue you a new one that can be delivered usually in about one week.

To report your lost or stolen Power Card, call 901-820-4500 during banking hours. During non-banking hours, call 800-554-8969.
